Orange County Escrow Association (O.C.E.A.), a regional association of the California Escrow Association (C.E.A.), is dedicated to serving and meeting the needs of escrow members within the county's escrow community.

With a focus on educational support, legal updates, professional certification testing, networking, and a host of other escrow-related activities, we invite all escrow professionals to become a part of this dynamic association.
